Go on, just do it, book one of our London Theatre Breaks today.
About Old Times Ian Ricksons production of Old Times is set to hit the stage at Londons Harold Pinter Theatre this January, much to the delight of Pinters hoards of fans. From January 12th to April 6th 2013, guests on Old Times theatre breaks can enjoy the first of Harold Pinters plays to be staged at the newly named theatre. After the Nobel prize-winning playwright died at the age of 78 in December 2008, the theatre was renamed in his honour. The man was such an icon in the stage world that all London theatres dimmed their lights in tribute. First produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company at the Aldwych Theatre, London, on the 1st June 1971, Old Times follows a married couples story as they reminisce about the start of their relationship with Kates cryptic old friend Anna, resurfacing old wounds and bringing the past vividly back to life. Kristin Scott Thomas will star as Kate in the new Old Times Harold Pinter Theatre production, with Olivier Award winner Rufus Sewell performing as the husband, Deeley. Underpinned by sexual tension, this dramatic and compelling tale will keep guests on Old Times theatre breaks discussing the play for a long while after. Performance times for Old Times are as follows: Evening: Monday to Saturday at 7.30pm Matinee: Wednesday and Saturday at 3.00pm Old Times Theatre Breaks always includes tickets with hotel accommodation, and the number of tickets you request must be the same as the number of hotel guests.
