Scrooge Theatre Break

Based on the classic short story A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, Scrooge the Musical is a festive musical extravaganza. This timeless tale has been given a West End theatre makeover and will be showing at the London Palladium between 24th October 2012 and 5th January 2013.

On a Scrooge Theatre Break, you will be told the tale of the miserable and miserly Ebenezer Scrooge. He is visited on Christmas Eve by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future, who want to show him the error of his ways and restore his Christmas spirit.

Tommy Steele will be reprising his role as Scrooge, having played this part on numerous occasions. He will be joined by a host of other Dickensian characters including Tiny Tim and Bob Cratchett. The musical will be directed and designed by Bob Tomson, with stunning illusions from Paul Kieve, famous for his work on the Harry Potter series.

On a Scrooge Theatre Break you will be treated to an abundance of songs including December the Twenty-Fifth, I Hate Christmas and the Academy Award nominated Thank You Very Much. All of which are sure to get you in the Christmas spirit.
