Although we do our utmost to ensure that the information on our website is correct, the following must be understood: All information and pictures are used only as a guide, we do not claim that these are 100% accurate at all times therefore they should not be treated as such. Actors, actresses and features of the production mentioned within our text may not now appear in the show. Casts can change at any time without notice. If specific information about a particular show is required you should contact the theatre directly. We will not be held responsible for loss due to technical failures regarding this site or any other site that we may choose to link to. We will not be liable for any losses incurred. All holiday bookings take place on our holiday suppliers web servers.

Customers Reviews
Customers reviews containing offensive wording or tone will be deleted. Customers reviews containing personal attacks will be deleted. We reserve the right to remove any "customer review" from our website at any time without notice.

Complaints
Any cause for complaint must first be notified as soon as possible to the supplier of the services concerned. Please note that we do not accept liability for any consequential losses.

Your responsibilities
We provide as much information as possible about each hotel within the space available. However, it is important that you check with your chosen hotel if you require any special services. Payment for such services or special requirements should be made directly to the hotel and you therefore need to check these charges with the hotel prior to making your booking. In cases where you know you will be arriving late at the hotel, we recommend that you advise the hotel by using the telephone number provided on the booking confirmation. Where car parking and leisure facilities are available there may be an additional charge for these services, and leisure facilities may not always be in the same building as your accommodation. Again, you should check with the hotel before making your booking. Please note that car parking may be quite limited at certain hotels. Cars are always parked at owners risk.

Please note that if any part of these Booking Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of the Booking Conditions will not be affected but will remain valid and enforceable.
Finally, you should note that all disputes between us and yourself will be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
